Hey There!
I’m so happy you stopped by! My name is Jacqueline and I’m the creator of From Farm to Coast: a New England lifestyle blog focused on exploring all this beautiful area has to offer. I’ve lived in Massachusetts for over twenty years and can’t imagine living anywhere else. With a degree from UMASS Amherst and career background in events/creative design, I’m so excited to write about our adventures throughout the northeast.
HOW IT STARTED
For years, I have taken photos on my phone; including beautiful landscapes, fun farms, and all sorts of unique adventures. But I never did anything with my photos! So, I decided to make an Instagram account to share them with the world (follow me @fromfarmtocoast!). In early 2020, my husband surprised me with a real camera (Cannon Rebel T7 – I love it!). The more I explored and photographed New England, the more I realized how much I love sharing my experiences. I hope my posts inspire you to get out and try somewhere new, something new, and enjoy all that New England has to offer.
ABOUT ME
Who am I? Just an adventure seeking, beer + Patriots-loving wife and mom. I have two beautiful girls with baby boy on the way, and have been married to the love of my life for over six years. I’m a catering and events manager at Harvard Business School, and recently joined the planning committee at the Prescott School Community Center right in town.
In 2019, we bought a home in rural Massachusetts (take a peek at our new hometown here), having previously lived in decidedly suburban Sudbury. At the same time, my in-laws purchased a home on Drakes Island – a beautiful beachside community in Southern Maine. With these locations as home bases, we have easy access to so many amazing areas in New England.
