- Sunflowers
It’s still sunflower season – get out and see them before they’re gone! I love the pops of yellow and sprawling fields full of these beauties. A couple weeks ago, we went to Hollis Hill Farm in Fitchburg to do some Pick-Your-Own Flowers. In addition to their flower fields, we enjoyed a day filled with delicious food and drink options, animals, live music and dancing, and even a car show. The girls and I loved collecting the flowers in this adorable Meet me in the Sunflower Fields bag (shown above). - Virgin River on Netflix
Ok so I’m a little late to the party on this one, but I just binge watched the first season of Virgin River and got completely sucked in! It’s not the most fast-paced, keep you on the edge of your seat kind of show, but it’s sweet and relatable in so many ways after just having a baby.
Though… did anyone watch Hart of Dixie? The Doc in Virgin River is played by the same actor as the town doctor in that show and they are literally the same character. Grumpy but well-loved town doctor that doesn’t want help from the new-to-town nurse/doctor. It threw me off a bit! - Music
The girls’ taste in music is random and fabulous and truly all over the place. Their current favorite is Lime in the Coconut and I am 100% here for it. - Bubble Tea
My 3 year old Isla is now obsessed with the Strawberry “Bubbles” at Dunkin’ Donuts. We get them in Iced Tea but could be in Lemonade too. It’s an easy, fun and different treat for her when mom desperately needs a coffee run. - Red Hair
Whoever said blondes have more fun has never been a redhead 😘. I’ve been blonde for a few years now and decided to go for a deeper red this fall. It turned out a little darker than planned and took a bit to adjust but now I’m loving it!
